An adult black widow spider was found near the Plainview fire tower in Allegan County by William Neal Hale. Fraud Charged to Ypsilanti Man
Ralph Wagner of Ypsilanti was charged with obtaining $500 in bonds by false pretenses from a local woman and arraigned before Justice Jay H. Payne.
