Korte Henry 87 emigrant dies after long illness
Henry Korte 87 emigrant from Germany to Nebraska in 1888 died Saturday after a long illness at his Jordan Road home, where he moved in 1941. He was born March 26, 1867 in Germany and married Louise Siebe March 17, 1895 in Jansen, Neb. Survived by seven sons William Denver Charles Biggs Walter Fred Christian Saline Lawrence Garden City. two daughters Mrs Walter Graf and Mrs Jacob Marion Saline. one sister and two brothers in Germany. 21 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Two sons George and John predeceased him. Funeral 2 p.m. Tuesday at Lockwood Funeral Home. Burial Oakwood Cemetery.
