Saline Adopts 1954 Tree Pest Control Ordinance
Saline City Council adopts Ordinance No 130 on February 1 1954 to empower the Parks Commissioner to spray trim or remove infested trees on public or private properties within five days and to impose tax bill liens for treatment costs.
