Born Devil's Lake September 18 1885 he lived in Saline 30 years and ran The Time Shop on East University Ave. He was active in Masons Eastern Stars and Rotary. He leaves Adelaide wife daughter Mrs Charles Orwick son Richard B Clark two brothers a sister and three grandchildren. Funeral held at Lockwood Funeral Home with interment Oakwood.

DeKalb honors county crop winners with plaques
Farmers in the county produced a three billion bushel crop with Hybrid No. 410 leading the county yield. Disinterested parties checked the winner’s yield and a plaque is being presented by the DeKalb Agricultural Association.
