$40 million apartment project planned for Rio Rancho
A Sept 4 1985 Observer item notes a 750 unit complex on 35 acres north of Corrales Shopping Center to cost 35 to 40 million dollars. The joint development by 7-Bar Ranch and Crow Western Company will be built in three 250 unit stages with each unit containing a clubhouse and pool. The site is bounded by Corrales and Cabezon Roads.
