Vista Hills flood channel upgrade planned in Rio Rancho
Rio Rancho will use 135000 state funds to upgrade the Asbury Road channel between Quartz and Sundt roads. The 1275 foot eroding segment will be concrete lined with drop structures to slow water and reduce annual maintenance costs. Completion is targeted for February 1995 pending highway department design approval.
