Rio Rancho Public Schools Board selects a 32acre site at the southeast corner of 30th Street and 9th Avenue near Northern Boulevard for a new middle school. Sandoval County will largely fund land purchase, with the district budgeting about $4 million for a 25,000 square foot core facility and portable classrooms to relieve Lincoln Middle School overcrowding.
