Rio Ranchoan is sentenced to 10 years in federal prison
Rio Rancho resident Christopher Mathuren, 39, received a 10 year prison term followed by three years of supervised release in Albuquerque federal court for methamphetamine trafficking and firearms offenses. Prosecutors cited his prior criminal history and a July 22 2014 raid in Sandoval County that yielded methamphetamine paraphernalia and stolen firearms.
