Native American art on display at Santa Fe museum reopens

Reopened exhibit at the Museum of Indian Arts and Culture in Santa Fe features works from Vidal Casiquito Jr. Gilbert Atencio Pablita Velarde and Velino Shije Herrera alongside Zia artist Murals by Herrera decorate the reconstructed kiva at Coronado Historic Site. Corrales studio tour closes with record turnout and winery displays

The Corrales Art Tour wraps its 17th year today featuring 79 focal artists joined by two village galleries and four Corrales wineries with two bed and breakfast inns hosting displays. Visitors start at Preview Gallery Villa Acequia and maps are available at sponsors. The event, sponsored by Corrales Society of Artists and New Mexico Artists Market, highlights open studios, artist homes, and student displays from Cottonwood Montessori and Corrales Elementary.

Heritage Day in Corrales showcases history at Casa San Ysidro
