No security at RRHS night school leads to rape claim
Diane Velasco reports Rio Rancho High School had no regular evening security for night classes. Bill Smith’s 14 year old daughter says she was raped in an elevator by an acquaintance the night she attended a class. School officials acknowledged lack of night security and promised action. DPS officials assigned blame to broader campus activity and did not investigate the incident.
