AMREP sells Northern Meadows lots to DR Horton amid shift to land sales
AMREP Southwest has sold several hundred Northern Meadows lots to D R Horton and earlier moves involved Centex Homes and Sivage Thomas Homes. The company plans further purchases in Rio Rancho while focusing on land for commercial and industrial projects. D R Horton expects to start 350 homes with prices from 70 000 to the low 100 000s and may buy about 300 more lots by late next year.
