Eatery Owners Get Probation For Harboring Aliens

Wen Ping Chen of Rio Rancho and his brother Wen Qiu Chen of Santa Fe were sentenced to two years probation for harboring illegal aliens and violating wage laws. They must forfeit a Rio Rancho residence used in the crime and face restitution no less than 120000. The case involves the Double Dragon in Rio Rancho and Double Dragon II in Santa Fe.
