The Rio Rancho Sidewinders swept six games at the 15 and under MLK Classic in Mesa Arizona to claim the championship. Winning pitchers were Zeke Garcia Shawn Neie Bobs Martinez Tyler Campbell Izaiah Apodaca and Martinez. Several players also suit up for local high schools and one alumnus Matt Villalobos enters his UNM senior season as a pitcher and third baseman.
