Sprint to close Rio Rancho center Feb 5
Sprint will close its Rio Rancho customer service center on February 5 affecting 394 employees as part of a multi year turnaround to cut up to 2.5 billion in costs. The center opened in 1998 in Enchanted Hills and employees will receive separation benefits and outplacement services. Sandoval Economic Alliance CEO Jami Grindatto expresses regret over the decision.
