Investment group buys Mariposa office facility
An investment group led by Axelfire Real Estate purchased the 16,308 square foot Mariposa East office building in Rio Rancho. Harvard Investments announced the deal, with Axelfire planning to occupy about 10,000 square feet and move 25 current jobs plus eight new positions from Albuquerque. The building, designed by Dekker Perich Sabatini and built by Enterprise Builders, opened in 2007 and was the first Rio Rancho project to earn LEED certification.
