PNM moves lines to extend Sandoval landfill life
PNM nears completion of a 2 million plus project to relocate two transmission lines previously crossing the Sandoval County landfill off Iris Road. The move will add eight years to the facility’s life and keep it operating until at least 2029. No outages are planned for Rio Rancho and west Albuquerque customers. The county funds the work, with a estimated cost up to 2.3 million.

RadioShack closings hit Cottonwood Mall and Rao Rancho
