Bradley locals report construction of Bailey's Motor Court a 26 unit modern motel to be owned by Roy and wife with a central office in a semicircular layout. Opening date not set with tentative completion of a nearby apartment project on Route 19. By-pass by W J Sisson to add store space and two four room apartments above. Joe Witt hired as Elk Refining salesman for Beckley Mullens area. Funeral home to be built at Guyandotte and Broadway Mullens with Morris Dunman as partner and others unnamed. First Chrysler and Plymouth showings planned at Ansted Motors with Chrysler and Plymouth agencies recently secured by the company.
