Robert Stokes Family Reunion Details
The Robert Stokes family held a reunion on September 9 at the recreation park in Franklin. Thirty five members attended for dinner visiting and games with out of town guests including Mr and Mrs Thomas O Stokes Parma Calif Mr and Mrs Henry Stokes Castro Valley Calif and Mr and Mrs Wilford Stokes Ogden Utah Merley Stokes was chairman and Helen Owen secretary for the past year. Wilford Stokes and Ella Bennett were elected for the coming year.

Spencer Family Plans Two Year Cambodia Assignment
Mr and Mrs G E Spencer and family prepare to leave Preston for a two year post with the point four program in Cambodia South Asia. They arrived for a three week visit with relatives and her parents before departing. The couple have lived abroad before in Guatemala Bolivia and Amman Jordan and Spencer will head the education division overseeing health sanitation agriculture and education.
