Preston City Council approves Local Improvement District No. 4
The Preston Idaho City Council met July 16 1948 at City Hall to adopt Resolution No 1 declaring the intention to construct concrete or vitrified pipe sewers with manholes in specified streets and to form Local Improvement District No. 4. The estimated total cost is 85040 with 58040 to be assessed on benefited properties and 27000 to be paid from the city general fund. Protests to be filed by August 10 1948 and a hearing set August 11 1948 at 7 30 PM in City Hall.
