I Do I Do-a light musical on marriage at Studio Theatre
A playful full scale musical comedy celebrating marriage arrives at the Studio Theatre Long Beach. Based on The Four poster by Jan de Hertog the show features a light score by Harvey Schmidt and witty book by Tom Jones. It treats matrimonial mundanities with charm and offers a positive note on wedlock amid a chorus of affectionate whimsy.

Marriage on Stage Brings Mixed Bliss in Local Musical
A review of a musical about Agnes and Michael shows a marriage that struggles after a rushed wedding. The couple quarrels and reaffirms love in a tale weighted with show tunes and strong performances by John Woods and Laura Killingsworth. Set design by Kim Killingsworth dazzles, though follow spots distract. Show closes June 5. Far likel information call.
