A social security representative from Lincoln will visit Osceola on November 21 on the courthouse second floor from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Widows aged 60 to 62 who would qualify for benefits at 62 may select social security benefits now. Only those 65 or over are eligible for medicare.
