Polk Nebraska trustees met November 1 1949 with all members present except one. They read approved treasurer and L W reports and passed Ordinance No 125 authorizing clear title to Arnold L Neuhaus and Laurette C Neuhaus for property purchased from them. Several village bills were approved and warrants issued. Local residents and visitors attended events and shared supper with residents during the day.
