Essay Winners to Attend County Society Meeting
Polk County schoolchild essay winners on early Osceola stories will be guests at the county society meeting May 10 at 8:00 p.m. in the Osceola Methodist Church basement. Winners in grades 4 through 8 will read their essays and receive cash awards funded by the Osceola Chamber of Commerce and the Stromsburg Commercial Club.
