Local residents hosted guests from Spirit Lake California and York visiting families in Polk area homes. A group of about twenty neighbors gathered at Floyd Mae Cartney’s west of Polk for a housewarming after moving from near York. Mrs Lloyd Stromberg enjoyed a birthday surprise with friends and refreshments after a social afternoon.
