Irrigators Organize Polk County Association
Norman Leach was named president of the Polk County Irrigators Association at a Stromsburg meeting held two weeks ago Monday. Officers include Paul Monson as vice president and Ray Burke as secretary treasurer with a nine-member board. The group aims to promote efficient water use, track water levels in Polk County wells, and advise on water legislation while establishing active and associate memberships. A reception in Osceola honored Mr and Mrs Douglas Peterson followed the gathering.
