A wedding reception for about 100 guests was held at the Lee Wurtz home in Applewood Mesa honoring Dan L. Wurtz formerly of Polk and his wife Judy Lee Klein daughter of the Kleins of Denver. Attendants included Gretchen Wurtz and Mike McGuire. Organ music and a soloist accompanied the afternoon, with carnations, candelabras, and a cake using a 20 year old anniversary ornament. The groom lived in Polk prior to moving to Brighton Cole ten years ago. his father owned a John Deere Implement business.

Best man Steven Ehrlick and groomsmen Doyle Brady Russell Rowe, ushers Rick Cramer Jim Brooks. The couple will reside in Boulder after a trip to Colorado Springs and reception followed for 175 guests.
