From Malachi to Christ Lesson for June 27 1948
This inter biblical study surveys four centuries between Malachi and Christ. It notes Jewish dispersion, Greek translation of the Old Testament, rise of synagogues, Hillel and Shammai, and pagan influences as the world awaits the coming Messiah. The lesson then centers on Christ’s coming and the gifts he brings, highlighting Luke 1:68 and the Good News.
