Vacation Bible School Opens at Baptist Church
Daily Vacation Bible School started Tuesday morning at 9 o clock with cooperation from Baptist and Evangelical Free Churches. Forty seven children enrolled the first day and more join daily. Emma A Rolls born June 16 1871 in Shaw Station Nebraska died June 1 1948 after a six week illness. She married Charles S McGinnis January 15 1893 in Arborville later moved to Lincoln Polk County and then to Arborville community. She was active in Congregational and Methodist churches and survived by husband three grandchildren four great grandchildren and many relatives. Funeral held Friday at Methodist Church.
