Corn Loan Extension Offered to Polk County Farmers
Polk county farmers may extend government seal corn loans for 12 months from August 1 1939 to August 1 1940. The move covers 625 bushels of 1937 crop and 148 655 bushels of 1938 crop resealed at 57 cents per bushel. A 5 cent per bushel payment is offered if corn is delivered to redeem the loan at the end of the period.
