Polk Nebraska Adopts Ordinance Setting Natural Gas Rates
Polk Nebraska passes Ordinance No 185 governing Kansas Nebraska Natural Gas rates for firm customers. It caps charges by tier with a minimum and adds a 5 percent late payment fee, plus 2 percent on excess. The ordinance also authorizes future purchased gas adjustments and repeals conflicting ordinances, effective after final passage. Local notices include verification by village officials and a July 1975 date.
