Sainted P A Hanquist remembered in Polk obituary

The Polk Baptist Church memorial honors P A Hanquist born February 28 1861 in Sweden who died at 86 years old after a life of faith and service. He immigrated with his wife Matthilda Johnson to Stark community in northern Hamilton County and served as Sunday School superintendent for about 20 years while active in Polk Church until his death following a 1943 stroke.
