Mrs Julia Larson dies at 76 in Polk County
Julia Amanda Larson daughter of John and Maria Skoglund was born November 1 1888 at Swede Home and died December 13 1964 at age 76. She lived in Polk County all her life and married Carl Iver Larson on May 25 1911. Surviving daughter Hannah and five sons, 14 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral December 16 at Polk Methodist Church Rev Harold Jensen officiating. Interment Arborville Cemetery. Also notes on Advent concert Calvary Lutheran Swede Home December 27 1964 and Heiden 25th anniversary. Donald Rodine of Portland visited the Rodines enroute home from Chicago.
