A student recital by private lesson students under Mrs. Lois Cunningham and director Arlyce Lind is set for Monday November 29 at 7 30 p m in the High School Auditorium. Native dies at 82 in York County farm community
Charles Clayton Burgess aged 98? 82 native of York County died suddenly at home. Born Oct 27 1883 in York County he farmed locally and belonged to the Methodist church for 50 years serving on the church board. Survived by wife Anna Mae two daughters a stepson seven grandchildren four sisters and two brothers. Funeral services were held Nov 30 at Arborville Congregational Church with Rev Lindley J Cook officiating. Burial Arborville Cemetery. Larry Cramer attends Nebraska Fertilizer Short Course in Kansas City sponsored by Consumers Co op Association and Co op Oil where he works.
