Baptist CYF sponsors stage musical program in Stromsburg

The Baptist CYF and sponsors presented a musical program at the Midwest Covenant Home in Stromsburg on Sunday afternoon, followed by a picnic at Buckley Park. Mr and Mrs Everett Green of Lincoln and Abbie Green were Saturday evening supper guests of Mrs Bessie Green. Miss Judy O'Shea spent the weekend visiting a college roommate at Alma.

Return From 16 Day Northwest Trip

Mr and Mrs Dwight Burney with Mrs Orpha Due and Mrs Van Bush return from a 16 day tour of the Pacific Northwest with 27 Nebraskans and Kansans. They visited Yellstone Park Seattle Victoria Vancouver Butchart Gardens Glacier National Park and Many National Park aboard a chartered bus traveling over 4500 miles. Mrs Due hosted the Burneys and Mrs Bush at dinner in Seattle's Space Needle during the World's Fair site visit.

Mr and Mrs Chas Cramer and Timothy stayed with the Emory Cramer and Elmer Garner households this week. Anna Kisler visited Omaha Sunday with her daughter Clem Prochaska and family. Mary Jane Rice of Williamsport Penn visits the Lee Anderson home as a sister of Mrs Anderson.
