Illegal Hunting Penalties in Shelby County Case
Orville Enyeart of north of Shelby was arrested Friday by state conservation officer Loren Bunney on illegal possession of three wild geese. He pled guilty and paid 110 dollars total, with his gun confiscated. Adolph Bernt also pleaded guilty to hunting out of season, fined ten dollars plus costs. The birds were turned over to relief headquarters for disposal to the needy.
