Immanuel Lutheran Church notices list Sunday services at 10 00 a m and 10 30 a m followed by numerous social visits. Mission society elects delegate and aids work group

The Arborville Missionary and Aid Society met for a work session at Mrs John Woohner’s home and elected Mrs Charles Burgess as delegate to the State Conference at Scottsbluff April 16-19. Members cut quilt blocks and rolled bandages for upcoming mission work while Rev Sam Lee, a recently returned missionary from Alaska, spoke on missions and Point Barrow.

Sunday Socials Include Local Hosts and Visitors

Mr and Mrs Willard Adelon and Jimmie were guests Sunday in the Harvey Sundberg home at Romsburg. Mr and Mrs Vislmet Christian sen of Bredshaw were Sunday dinner guests of Mr and Mrs Oscar Peson. Evening callers were Mr and Mrs Forrest Hecht and Leon of Grand Island. Twenty five ladies of the Home Service Club at Hordville enjoyed a bus tour of Omaha Tuesday, April 10.

Obhi Rural Life Sunday Observed At Methodist Church

Obhi Rural Life Sunday was observed at the Methodist church with the 4-H Clubs of the community hosting an 11 o clock service. Miss Margaret Crosby Home Agent from Osceola spoke and Rev. Walker delivered the message. Larry Nyberg Pleasant Home Farmer's Club sang and Sondra Hin Pleasant Home Maker's Club gave her original oratory Our Number One Job. Special numbers were performed by the Sunny Sue and Merry Mixers Clubs. Dickie Starless Gaylen and Lamar Lind along with Donnie Widga ushered. About 30 4 H members sat in a group with 4 H readers. The public is invited.

Notice to Unknown Defendants in Polk County Real Estate Foreclosure

A Polk County Nebraska notice names unknown defendants in a tax lien foreclosure case. The plaintiff seeks to foreclose the tax lien on Lots 11 to 16 and the East Half of Lots 17 and 19 in Block 1 of Wilson Add to Polk Village and to quiet title.
