Had Both Legs Broken In Quarry Accident Near Louisville
A laborer named Steve Irnka at a National stone quarry two miles east of Louisville suffered both legs broken above the knees when a dump was sprung while he stood beside a rock car. He remained pinned until coworkers freed him, then was taken to town and transported to Omaha hospital with Dr Worthman and Lon Kilgore. He is single and about 25.

Aged City Resident dies after short illness
Hillary B Green died at 12 15 am at his daughter s home in Plattsmouth after a brief illness. In his sixty ninth year, he lived in Plattsmouth seven years and previously with his wife who died earlier. Born in Iowa he spent most of his life in Davis County. The body returns to Knox Iowa for burial. He leaves four children Ira V Green Randolph Ta Heston Green Knox IA and Mrs B C Hyde and Mrs T E Jennings of Plattsmouth plus many grandchildren.

Death of Edith Louise Taylor at two months old
