Car Crash At Four Corners Injures Varga Man
Thursday evening a collision occurred at Rock Bluffs road near the four corners as Fred Hull’s southbound car struck Charles Warga’s eastbound Chevrolet. Hull and his mother were uninjured, Mrs. Varga suffered three bruised fingers when her hand was caught under the overturned car, and other occupants escaped harm. Both vehicles sustained heavy damage.

North City paving project to finish soon
State and federal highway departments plan paving the roadway north of the Platte river bridge to the Stull farm near Oreapolis. The project will straighten the No 75 route and eliminate a long traffic curve through Merritt land, improving a heavily traveled highway.
