Captain Frank Morgan Dies in Arkansas River Career
Captain Frank A. Morgan, veteran riverman on the Missouri Mississippi and Arkansas rivers, died in Little Rock Arkansas on April 4 at 76. He operated packets and ferries for over 50 years and later worked on a government sunarboat before retiring nine years ago. He never married and left a sister Mrs. C L Holt of Little Rock.

Seventy five Scouts and fifteen Se Counters attended the Arbor Lodge district Camporee at Camp Wheeler. Troop No. 364 Plattsmouth led hosts with Old Scouts aiding. events emphasized self reliance, initiative, sportsmanship and citizenship training.
