The Plattsmouth high basketball team topped visiting Valley 47 35. Reed, Hayes and Wall led the offense with 13 11 and 11 points as Plattsmouth built an 18 8 first quarter lead and extended to 31 22 by the third. Captain Allen paced Valley with four goals while O Anderson led Valley with 106 points. A halftime tap dancing act by Irene LaHoda and Honey Lou entertained the crowd.

Creamery Co Holds Annual Meeting In Mynard
The Farmers Co-Operative Creamery Co held its annual meeting Tuesday at the Mynard community building with about 125 stockholders and friends present. W. F. Nolte presided as three directors were named Roy O. Cole for two years John Hobscheidt and John Murdoch for three years. The stockholders approved a five percent dividend for the second year. Manager George K. Hetrick reported a strong year with $42 000 paid for butterfat $21 000 for farm poultry products and $9 000 for chickens, all mostly spent in Cass county. The company bought a new churn and the Cole orchestra provided music. Coffee and doughnuts closed the evening.
