Oil and gas lease bids sought by Red Bluff Water Power
The Red Bluff Water Power Control District of Texas plans oil and gas leases with a minimum 1/8 royalty and a primary term not exceeding five years. Leases must include water protection clauses and hold the district harmless from pollution or crop damage.
