Payson Mental Health Services has opened Suite 10 in Payson North five days a week under director John Tuebner. The nonprofit, funded by the Town of Payson and state grants, started last year and has served about 40 individuals and families in three months.
Twenty acts for a Pay son Junior Women's Club fundraiser to support scholarships for Payson students. The annual Variety Show on March 26 features vocal and instrumental acts, a dance routine by Miss Gila County, a vaudeville performer, and an acrobatic act. Proceeds fund the scholarship fund. last year three high school seniors received scholarships.
