Town Council Hears Ranchos Zoning and Building Code Talk
The council discussed zoning outside town limits for Ranchos residents and faced questions about prohibiting animals, with no swine ordinances planned. They referred the petition to Parr and urged private legal help. The council unanimously backed a youth entertainment center project and considered building code adoption with contractor license proof. An interim budget and warrants post July 1 were approved, with a final vote on April 24 pending final draft ordinances.
