A city ordinance in Bloomington Bear Lake County Idaho sets water use rules. It designates the City Marshal as ex officio Water Superintendent and caps connections and curb box controls. Monthly water rents are two dollars per residence plus fifty cents per extra outlet, with time restrictions for east and west city residents.
Fish Haven and surrounding areas report weekend visits and gatherings. Residents including Marie Weston and Kathy Howell hosted or visited friends in Pickleville Soda Springs Garden City Ogden St Charles Paris Soda Springs and Montpelier. A minor car accident involving Kathy Howell Denise Jensen and Janet Howell occurred in Montpelier with no serious injuries. Chief Eugene Erickson USN and family will return to San Diego before heading to Hawaii where he is stationed.
