New Justice of the Peace appointments include H Clem Humpherys James A Whinham M Edward Williams. Budget hearings set for February 10 1969 and right of way certificate issued for Federal aid project S 1811 3. Insulation purchase authorized for County Shop and highway right of way questions referred to Mr Forsgren.
