Idaho Parks Department officials outline a tentative Bear Lake North Beach master plan and a 914.2 acre land purchase near the Utah line. The proposal includes 105 picnic units 50 camp sites a boat ramp beach improvements toilets roads and signing with an estimated 470 013 50 cost and potential 50 cost sharing by the federal government.
