Offshore wind farm plan gains 125 square miles off Long Island

Dangerous predator sentenced to 23 years in Oswego
Oswego County judge on Wednesday sentenced Richard Graham Jr. to 23 years in state prison after his guilty plea to sexually abusing multiple children over several years. Graham, 33, faced 29 counts from 2008 to 2015 in Oswego, with four counts pled to on Feb. 3 including rape and sex abuse.
