Democrats defend Clinton in Benghazi probe report
The five Democratic members of the House panel released a 344 page report saying Hillary Clinton did not personally deny security requests for Benghazi and that the military could not have changed the outcome of the Sept. 11 2012 attacks. They criticized the GOP led inquiry as partisan and costly, and noted no witness proved that CIA talking points were shaped by political considerations. The report highlights testimony from Petraeus suggesting the attack may have mixed causes and notes the investigation lasted nearly 25 months and cost over 7 million dollars.
