Fulton council and firefighters approve new contract

Missing AmeriCorps VISTA member found in Brooklyn
SUNY Oswego officials announced Natalie A. Smith, a missing AmeriCorps VISTA member, was located in Brooklyn on Friday by state police. She is safe and wished to remain in Brooklyn. President Deborah Stanley thanked law enforcement for their efforts. Smith was last seen June 5 in a car with a friend on the New York Thruway. the vehicle was later found.
