Fulton man charged with multiple drug offenses
Fulton resident Crew, 227 16 W 11th St Apt F-1 Fulton, was arrested Thursday by Fulton City Police and Oswego County Drug Task Force. He faces third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and seventh degree possession plus second degree drug paraphernalia use. Police say heroin enough for 100 bags and 13 hydrocodone pills were found. he is held pending arraignment.

Fulton high school students to take CCC college courses
Fulton City School District and Cayuga Community College receive a federal grant to enroll low income juniors in college credit. Pell Grant students at G Ray Bodley High School will take two courses per semester starting 2016 17 and may enter a CCC degree program in liberal arts or STEM. CCC covers non Pell costs including textbooks, district provides transportation between GRB and campus.

Oswego County Drug Task Force says Eamon M. Scullin, 27, of Oswego, was found with more than 10 000 dollars worth of heroin in a vehicle during a traffic stop on state Route 48. He was charged with two counts of third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after officers also found he was wanted on a parole warrant.
